By enrolling in or continuing to receive DakeTech operational SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, contact an administrator to be removed from the recipient list, or use the opt-out methods described below.
2. Program description
DakeTech provides internal operational SMS alerts regarding systems, services, infrastructure, security notices, outages, and maintenance. Messages are intended for staff and authorized contacts only. This program is not a consumer marketing subscription.
3. Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals added by a DakeTech administrator (for example, employees, contractors, or on-call personnel). You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided for workplace operational communications.
4. Message content & frequency
- Content is operational in nature (outages, disruptions, maintenance, related notices).
- Frequency varies with operational events; there is no fixed monthly message count.
- Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your contact number current with your administrator.
- Do not forward operational alerts to unauthorized parties when they contain sensitive context.
- Use SMS content as an operational signal; check official status pages or internal channels for details when linked.
6. Opt-out
You may stop receiving SMS alerts by contacting your DakeTech administrator or info@daketech.net. Where supported by the carrier pathway, replying STOP opts you out of further messages from that program; HELP may provide assistance information.
7. No warranty of delivery
SMS delivery depends on carriers, handsets, and third-party messaging providers. DakeTech does not warrant that every message will be delivered, timely, or uninterrupted. Critical situations may require additional notification channels.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DakeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delay, non-delivery, or reliance on SMS operational alerts. Alerts are a convenience layer and do not replace documented incident procedures.
9. Privacy
Use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how phone numbers and message metadata are handled.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms when posted at this URL.
